Bases -MICROR Series-

Platforms Plates carrying M2 taps arranged in a matrix on the surface; these plates can be connected directly to a vibration isolator or the like with M6 bolts.

Base Plates Plates for positioning and securing of optical units thereon. These plates are connected to a M2-type or similar top plate with screws.

Conversion Washers (M6 to M2) Adapters for converting M6 mounting holes for smaller aluminum slides to M2 mounting holes.

Spacers Spacers to adjust height (e.g., when mounting a MICROR-series stage on an M2-type top plate).

Aluminum Guides Enables an optical system oriented in any three-dimensional configuration by connecting a smaller aluminum slide via the tapped holes on the six sides of the adapter.

Carriers Mount the carrier on the top surface of the smaller aluminum slide, slide to the desired position, and secure in place with a clamp.

Z-angle Brackets A Z bracket for smaller aluminum slides is used to mount a smaller aluminum slide vertically. Two Z brackets can be used to mount optics units on a horizontal plate.

Connecting Adapters Enables an optical system oriented in any three-dimensional configuration by connecting a smaller aluminum slide via the tapped holes on the six sides of the adapter.

Pedestal Bases Used for height adjustment (e.g., when optical system units are installed on a vibration isolator).

Pedestal Clamps Auxiliary parts for mounting a post stand to a vibration isolator or the like.

Adapter Plates for Pedestal Spacers for mounting and fixing smaller optical system units on a post stand.

Pedestal Spaces Auxiliary parts for fine height adjustment. Used in combination with post stands.

Posts Stainless steel posts with a M4 male screw on one end.

Post Holders Used to secure holders with posts and to make coarse height adjustments.

Cross Clamps Used to connect inserted poles and posts at right angle.

Rotary Cross Clamps Used to connect inserted poles or posts at any angle.
