The highly efficient version software which added analysis / correction function to Sigma Koki's measurement / control software SGEMCS. It also extended the method of Excel instructions further and enabled impossible control in SGEMCS.
- Construction of the measurement and the control system combined with Sigma Koki's automatic positioners is easy.
- Equivalent to the higher rank software of SGEMCS. The device to be used can be set up more flexibly.
- In addition to the function of SGEMCS, the display of a graph is possible to Excel on real time at the time of measurement.
- The measurement and collection data which were saved at the Excel file are analyzed, and the display of a graph is possible.
- The binary data communication in RS232C is also possible.
- Compatible with RS232C*1, GP-IB*2, and USB*3 interfaces.
- Compatible with Windows®95, 98(SE), Me, 2000, XP, and Vista.
- RS232C interfaces, COM1 to COM8, may be used.
- The GP-IB interface is compatible only with GP-IB devices manufactured by National Instruments.
- The USB interface is compatible only with products in the SHOT(Mark)-202/204 series, FINE-501/502/503 series, and OMEC-2BG/4BG series.

Position Operating System: POST-H
Stage controller: SHOT-202 (RS232C) Measuring instrument: Displacement meter (RS232C, Measurement command is "M")
Move 50 pulses of stages at a time, and measure the surface coarseness of a measuring object.

(1) Registration of device
Register the device used by measurement.

(2) A setup of communication Set up communication of the controller and displacement meter which were registered and test
a communication. A screen is the example of a RS232C setup. |

Setup of operation of the controller and displacement meter which were registered. |

(4) Create an Excel instruction file
Create an instruction file by Excel to measure by moving 50 pulses of stages at a time. |

(5) A setup of an Excel instruction measurement
On an Excel instruction measurement screen, setup an instruction file, stage axis,
measuring instrument and output file which are used for measurement.
Also set up a graph, when you display an Excel graph on real time at the time of
measurement execution. |

(6) Execution
Click "Start" button to start measurement. It measures by a stage moving as specified by
the Excel instruction file, and a measurement result is outputted.
When an Excel graph setup is performed, a graph is expressed as real time during measurement. |

(7) Analysis
Save the file to which the measurement result was outputted, specify the file on an analysis screen,
and can display the 2D graph and 3D graph.
