SGEMCS is a software which can communicate with devices such as Sigma Koki's automatic positioning device, measuring instruments or control devices to collect data and conduct measurement. |
Multi-purpose communication terminal software based on Microsoft Excel.
It is the software for performing control of device, data collection from a measuring instrument, etc. from on Excel. |
SGLCES is a software which can communicate with Sigma Koki's automatic positioning device, luminance meters, etc. and configure a liquid crystal evaluation system easily. |

•Compatible with various measurement modes, including manual measurement, time-series measurement, and specified number of measurements.
•By the instruction file created on the Excel sheet, control of a stage and measurement with a measuring instrument are performed.
•Measurements are accumulated in Excel sheets.
* Only the measuring instrument whose transmission and reception are 1 to 1 can be used.
* The binary data communication is impossible. |
•Allows measurement and control based on a list of commands in an Excel sheet.
•Facilitates operations control using SGTERM-based control scripts in the Excel sheet.
•Measurements are accumulated in Excel sheets.
•The binary data communication in RS232C also became possible. |
•Equivalent to the higher rank software of SGEMCS.

The highly efficient version software which added analysis / correction function to Sigma Koki's measurement / control software SGEMCS. It also extended the method of Excel instructions further and enabled impossible control in SGEMCS. |
