OTH-075 Line CCD Lens
- Accompanied by market expansion of FPD (=Flat Panel Display), various distance of imaging optical system for inspection has been required. Existing large-sized camera lens was used, while the developing image processing technology was applied. But due to the limitation of periphery resolution, vignetting, distortion and applied light source wavelength etc, it became difficult to produce good efficiency of inspection device. Sigma Koki solved the problems by providing imaging lenses for FPD inspection, “Line CCD Lens”.
- Image Size ø72mm (8k of 7μm pixel, 12k of 5μm pixel ) Line CCD camera are adaptable.
- Consistent high image quality: 100 LinePair/mm is available over entire ø72 mm covering area. Compatible with high ended Line CCD camera, 12k of 5μm pixel size.
- Illumination homogeneity : designed to suppress light intensity homogeneity on periphery image to 10%.
