TSDS XZ axis Stainless Steel Extended Contact Slide Stages

XZ axis stainless steel stage which Z axis bracket is integrated.The design and performance is similar to Steel stage TSD series and it is rectilinear stage which is suitable to be used in the cleam room and vacum environment. All stainless steel stages offer superior corrosion resistance and are vacuum-compatible. High-vacuum grease is used for stage body and micrometer head. It is also applied to be used in the airtight narrow space.
