CCD支架组件
用于支撑摄像机或投影屏的支架。
准直检验组件
利用了楔形基板的剪切干涉仪，在调整光轴时，可方便的确认激光光束的平行度(发散/汇聚)。
目标靶组件
调整光轴时，可作为高度与方向调整的基准使用。

Has a wide range of applications, including measurement of microscopic length, light wavelength, and wavelength ratio, refractive index, dispersion, surface roughness, and thin films.
马赫-曾德干涉仪
Consisting of mutually independent mirror and beam splitter units that enable broad layout flexibility, Mach-Zehnder interferometers can be used to measure larger samples.
斐索干涉仪
Most widespread interferometer; enables measurement of flat and spherical surfaces using a simple configuration. Its reference and measurement optical paths are the same, making this a compact, vibration-resistant system.
施利伦法 / 纹影法装置
If minute sample differences in refractive index exist in the parallel beam, light outgoing from the sample has a slightly divergent optical axis and focuses on a different spot. Eliminating the off-focus light with a knife edge makes it possible to project light with greater contrast.
