MANAGEMENT BASIC OBJECTIVE

We will solidify our position as domestic leading company in laser related component industries and aim to raise market share globally.
In order to reinforce our system product business, we will enforce early development and market fast of our high value added and much original optical unit product as a most important target of FPD, Nano technology and Bio-related fields etc..
We will provide excellent quality and high competitive priced products to customer with giving sufficient consideration to earth's environment and manufacturing from the global viewpoints.
We will cultivate challenging company members and creative personnel with tackling in a positive manner against dissemination of internal technique through the education of younger employees and mid-career assessment.
We will establish the company structure with enhanced transparency, and the organization management with collective wisdom.

As part of our global strategy, we aim to improve the brand awareness and the brand value of our group in the global market.
For this purpose, on January 1, 2014, we have unified the global brand to the "OptoSigma" that has been known for a long time to our customers all over the world.

Under the new global brand "OptoSigma", we meet the challenge to our business mission of "Form What Our Customers Want" and put forward "A New Global Standard of Quality" by the "Light Solutions".

Our efforts are fused into one towards the improvement of corporate value and the awareness of "OptoSigma" brand in the global market.
